Before making any calls or joining online meetings, please check your microphone and speaker settings.  

To change device options and test, click your icon in the upper right-hand corner and select “settings”.

In the Settings window, choose the correct Speaker and Microphone.  If you need help selecting this, please contact us at

To make a test call, click the “Make a test call” button.  This will start a video call with an automated testing service.  Follow the instructions and record your test message.   

If everything was successful, you should have heard the audio from the automated attendant, heard your recorded message, and viewed your camera feed in the bottom right corner.  You will also be shown a results page.
