All events or meeting organizers need to make sure their room is reserved using our calendaring system.
For the 1036 and 1136 conference rooms. You will need to book the space through 25Live to ensure that it is available for when you need to use it. Once you have gotten confirmation that your room reservation has been ‘Confirmed’, you can go into Outlook and book the space as you have done in the past. Again, the person that has the room reserved through 25Live will be entitled to the space when conflicts occur.
Remember to login with your full email address and network password.
