HU Staff and Faculty with a phone extension have access to Cisco's Conference Now functionality which enables users to start phone line conferences.  These conference lines can be used by internal and external participants.  

Please note:  You must submit a ticket to the IT helpdesk to have this feature turned on.  

How to start a Conference Now line

These are the instructions the HU organizer needs to take to open the line:

-Dial 717-901-5100 **(If using your desk phone, you may skip this step)**

-Enter extension 7100 (universal for all conference calls)

-Enter your meeting ID followed by pound.  (Meeting ID is always your phone extension)

-Enter the meeting pin followed by pound. (PIN is given to you by IT when requesting this feature)

-You are now in the call

Attendee instructions:

-Dial 717-901-5100

-Enter extension 7100

-Enter the meeting ID followed by pound.  (Your phone extension)

-They are now in the meeting
