How to Access Recording
1. While in your meeting, to begin recording, click on the three little dots and then click on "Start recording."
2. When you are done recording, click on the three little dots again and click on "Stop recording."
- You do not have to stay in the meeting and wait for the recording. When you are done with the recording and done with the meeting, you can close out the meeting.
Remember, if you would like to be the owner of the video, you must be the one who clicks on start recording.
3. You can then go to your OneDrive on your computer or online at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/online-cloud-storage and sign-in with your Harrisburg University account information.
4. Once you are in your OneDrive, you will look for a new folder labeled "Recordings."
5. When you click on the folder, you should find your recorded Teams meetings in there.
6. You can then right-click on the video and click on "Share." From there you will be able to get a link to copy and then share out to anyone that needs to view the video.
