From within Canvas, Faculty and Students can directly access 'chat' and 'phone' support options using the site-level left-hand navigation element 'Help and Resources'.  These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and focus on any technical problems that you might run into while navigating Canvas.  This could include pages not loading, access denied to content, and any other Canvas-specific issues that prevent teaching and learning from occurring.  Please also use these services for any feature or functionality questions.  For those that would prefer to search the Canvas community for support, they can do so using the guides available here:
