Some large events or webcasts require a technician on site to handle more advanced needs.  If this is the case, we can evaluate your request and assign a technician to meet you on the day of the event.  


To request a technician, please submit a ticket on this portal and include the following information:

  • Date of event
  • Time of event
  • Time of arrival for setup
  • Tech needs (Wifi, Projector, Microphone, Livestream)
  • Event organizer who should be contacted

Please note: Event tickets must be submitted at least 3 business days before the event to allow for proper scheduling.  Tickets submitted with less than 3 days may be missed, or go unscheduled.
