Step 1 - Make sure you are trying to access to correct URL: https://outlook.office365.com

Step 2 - Make sure you are using the correct email domain in the username field. The HU domain names are listed below.

  • fakestudent@my.harrisburgU.edu 
  • fakefaculty@harrisburgU.edu
  • fakealumni@alumni.harrisburgU.edu 

Step 3 - Clear you browser cache by following the instruction found at here.

Step 4 - Reset your password by following the instructions found here.
