Faculty and Students have access to Canvas Support which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help resolve Canvas technical errors and to answer questions about Canvas functionality.
Simply click on the question mark icon in the Canvas global navigation to access Help and Resources, then select to chat with or call Canvas Support. 
The Virtual Class Emergency Support Line is available Monday – Thursday from 6:00 – 9:00 PM EST for Faculty and Students to report an emergency for a virtual class (online session) that is in progress.
