HOLD FOR AUTHENTICATION ERROR


If you see the dreaded "Hold for authentication" it means that there's an incorrect username / password and the print job will never print.  


In this case, click the little "x" to delete the print job and then follow the instructions below to remove the bad username / password from your keychain.


  1. Do a spotlight search (magnifying glass) for "Keychain" and open the "Keychain Access" app
  2. Within the keychain access app, search for "papercut" and delete anything you find that's papercut or estudiomobility related.
  3. Once it's deleted, try printing again. When prompted to authenticate be sure to enter your Harrisburg University email account and password.
