Occasionally faculty members may need a TA or guest speaker to host and/or deliver an online synchronous session. If you have any instances where your TA (or a guest speaker) needs to host and/or deliver one of your online sessions, please reach out to us ahead of time. Depending on your needs (and the user’s role in the synchronous system) there are different actions that need to be taken to ensure that your TA/guest speakers can participate and deliver seamlessly. Please submit a ticket through the OIS Freshdesk support page at https://ithelp.harrisburgu.edu/support/home with your TA hosting or guest speaker needs.
