Occasionally faculty members may need a TA or guest speaker to host and/or deliver a virtual synchronous session. This can be accomplished in different ways depending on what system is being used.
Please invite the guest speaker to your meeting or provide them with the MS Teams link so that they can join.
If you have any instances where your TA (or a guest speaker) needs to host and/or deliver one of your virtual sessions in Adobe Connect, please reach out to us ahead of time. Depending on your needs (and the user’s role in the synchronous system) there are different actions that need to be taken to ensure that your TA/guest speakers can participate and deliver seamlessly.
