For immediate help with classroom AV, please contact the IT HelpDesk (x5177) by using the speed-dial labeled "Helpdesk" on a classroom phone



This phone line is monitored on weekdays and executive session days to assist with immediate classroom issues. If you do not see a classroom phone in the room, you can call 717-901-5177 from a personal phone. If someone isn't reached immediately, please leave a voicemail describing your issue. A ticket will automatically be created from the voicemail.


If the problem does not need immediate attention, please submit a ticket through this portal, or email oishelp@harrisburgu.edu to create a ticket. Our team will do our best to fix the problem ASAP.
