If you are using Outlook, emails can be reported using the Report Message add-in. This provides a simple method for users to report suspicious emails such as spam, phishing, and other malicious content. To do so, highlight the message in question and click on the Report Message button in the Outlook ribbon.  This will send a copy of the email to O365 and the HU OIS team for evaluation. Microsoft uses all user reported messages to improve the effectiveness of email protection technologies.

If the report message button is not available, you can forward the email to spam@harrisburgu.edu.

We will evaluate each reported message.  If you do not receive a follow up email in 24 business hours, it is safe to assume your email was junk, spam or phishing.
